BEER DESCRIPTIONS:
Black Duck Porter - 4.7% ABV
A black ale that puts the flavor of the malt front and center. It has a mild hop character that balances strong notes of cocoa and hints of coffee. A full bodied roasty treat that finishes dry.
Double Duck Imperial Porter - 9.8% ABV
This Double Duck variant is our imperial porter brewed with a variety of Domestic and Imported specialty malts and aggressive cold-side additions of Cocoa Nibs, Coconut, and Madagascar Vanilla Beans. Featuring aromas of bakers’ chocolate, toasted coconut and cake frosting. Medium bodied with flavors of bittersweet chocolate, caramel, coffee, and birthday cake.
Doubleside DIPA - 8.7 % ABV
The bigger and hoppier big brother to Otherside IPA. This double IPA features notes of citrus pith and pleasant pine. Brewed with Simcoe, Columbus, Centennial and Idaho 7.
Facing East - 7.3% ABV
New England IPA – Brewed with Amarillo, Citra, and Simcoe hops. Hazy with big notes of mango, tropical fruit and citrus zest, with a touch of balancing bitterness.
Far Out There DIPA - 8.2% ABV
Double Dry Hopped Double IPA – Brewed with double doses of Citra, Mosaic and Motueka hops. Big and juicy with notes of tropical melon, ripe orange flesh, and sweet lime leaf.
Haus Pils - 4.9% ABV
German-style Pilsner: Brewed with our favorite German Pilsner malt and hop vigorously in the kettle with our favorite blend of German noble hops. Pours brilliantly clear with a straw hue. Subtle and inviting malt aromas lay a foundation for a bouquet of fresh herbal, floral and fresh cut grass notes.
Lucha Lager - 4.8% ABV
Pale lager brewed with Pilsner, flaked maize, and NYS grown wheat malt. Accented with sea salt and key limes.
Naturally Juiced - 5.8% ABV
Inspired by America’s Pastime, this hazy pale ale is ready to pour on Opening Day. This year it’s hopped with Citra, Citra Cryo, Mosaic, and Simcoe Cryo and features notes of gooseberry and tropical fruit.
Soundings #5: Witbier - 4.7% ABV
Our take on a classic style effuses pleasant citrus esters and mild spice notes. Round body with a crisp finish and spritzy carbonation. Brewed with a touch of fresh orange zest and a hint of Indian Coriander.
Summer Ale - 5.3% ABV
A refreshingly delicious, moderately hopped golden ale. Brewed with Pilsner Malt, a touch of wheat, and a splash of orange blossom honey for a floral and refreshing finish
